On your marks…
We start every coaching journey with a no obligation session. In this session we talk
about your situation, your goals and the path to get you where you want to be. The process is about your journey and your needs. If you are comfortable with the process and prospect of working together, we start the journey together.
Get set…
Conversations are the basic medium for your coaching. I will support the process via
practical exercises and targeted home assignments to align your actions, step by step, with your goals. My coaching is authentic, empathetic and pragmatic. I make use of, intuitive experiential methods in support of your journey. For business coaching I work with recognized process tools suitable for the industry we are dealing with.

The journey starts. Coaching will always open the playing field with better
perspectives. Your goals will dictate the type of insight, focus, energy, movement, space and product you need. Your questions are central to your coaching journey. From the starting point, we work on raising awareness, to inform conscious choices, transforming thoughts to actions, and ultimately establish sustainable change.

Coaching sessions may take place in my studio, a quiet cosy place in Amsterdam
(Netherlands) or Pretoria (South Africa); or via Skype or WhatsApp video conferencing.
What is the cost of a Coaching Journey?
We would start out with a 30 minute no obligation, free-of-charge session.
Individual Coaching
Once you decide to continue the coaching journey starts. On average 4 to 5 sessions are
needed. For individuals the session rate is € 100 for (60-75minute sessions). When you invest in 4
sessions the cost comes down from € 400, to € 380. (only applicable to individual coaching).
Business & Team Coaching
The session rate for business coaching is €125 (excluding VAT) for one to one sessions. The
session rate for 2 or more persons is €150 (excluding VAT) For companies/schools project specific rates apply. Ask here for a customized quote.
Fees, expenses and grants for coaching:

Employers may reimburse coaching sessions. This may be funded from the company training budget. Do find out from your Human Resources Department.

The cost of coaching is often tax deductible, as tuition and educational expenses. Visit the Tax Office website (in Dutch) for more information.

If you have unemployment insurance, it is likely that a coaching program may be reimbursed.

Coaching for freelancers, entrepreneurs and companies can be declared as operating costs with the relevant tax authorities.
