LEARNING FROM LIFE

When you wish to get on in life, you need to know what “getting on” looks like. Having a professional sounding board in a coach, focusses your energy on getting what, and where you want to be.

I have actively led the change process in the areas of institutional management; training curriculum design and research-based instructional practice, as well as organizational culture. Co-creating guiding statements, composing strategic plans and supporting policy frameworks that enable leaders and stakeholders, is a particular skill I share. I have experience working with leaders in both for-profit and not-for-profit environments.

My academic training includes degrees in psychology (BA), industrial sociology (BA Hons), mentoring (PGCE), education (BTech Ed) and management (M.Ed.). In addition, I am a certified Enneagram practitioner.
